Online Applications: For BPS-05 and above, candidates must apply via the AIOU Job Portal at careers.aiou.edu.pk. No hard copies are accepted.
Documents for Test/Interview: Original certificates and the fee challan must be brought for verification at the time of the written test or interview.
Final Submission: Information provided in the online form will be treated as final; any additional claims made later will not be considered.
Hard Copy Submission (BPS-02): For BPS-02, applications must be submitted in hard form along with the paid fee challan to the HRD Section, Registrar Department, AIOU, H-8, Islamabad.
Eligibility and Rules: Eligibility will be determined by the AIOU Services Statutes 1978 (amended to 2022) and the AIOU Recruitment Rules 2022, available on the AIOU website.
Provincial Quota Posting: Candidates selected under provincial quotas may be posted to any AIOU Regional Center in that province.
Age Relaxation: Age limits will be relaxed according to the Relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules, 1993 (amended).
Government Employees: Candidates working in government or semi-government bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a NOC by the due date.
AIOU Rights: AIOU reserves the right to alter the number of posts or withhold appointments without providing a reason.

- BPS-05 to BPS-15: Rs. 500
- BPS-16: Rs. 1000
- BPS-17 & BPS-18: Rs. 1500
- BPS-19: Rs. 2000
- BPS-20: Rs. 3000

No TA/DA: No travel allowance will be provided for candidates called for tests/interviews.
